All right, this may sound like an unusual question, but...

Can anyone voice act?  By voice acting, I mean being able to mimic the voice of a character from an anime or cartoon.

I met someone on fanfiction.net who can voice act as Wobbuffet from Pokemon.  We were on a program called "IM", and they had a microphone.  They did a very good impression of Wobbuffet, and I am surprised that someone can get their voice to match the character.

As for myself, I can do a good impression of Pikachu, and maybe even a good Treecko.  I am working on Mudkip, Torchic, Pochama (Piplup), and Naetoru (Turtwig), as they seem pretty easy to mimic.

I can do a Pikachu voice. :D My last name is part of Pikachu's name, so I kinda felt connected to it in a weird way. xD
